Hey everyone. I am working in an international IT firm. It has been long 5 years since I have joined here. I am really enjoying my work here. But from few months I am experiencing severe back pain. When I spoke with my sister in law who is doing her medicine told me that because I am sitting at your desk all day. This could manifest in the form of a backache or a headache for example. She also told that this posture for long can cause strain in joints and cause severe pain. She told that Regular breaks from the desk, even if it is just to stand and stretch or move your neck, upper back and arms can be really helpful. But it is not possible for me. So she told me to go for physiotherapy treatment from a clinic in Toronto, which can help me and reduce my pain. But I am carrying now. Is there any problem in taking physiotherapy at this stage? Please share your experience after undergoing the treatment.

Many people do not know that chiropractic care is evolving. What was once a profession of spine- only adjustments is moving toward a total body musculoskeletal treatment model. The Graston technique is a unique, comprehensive treatment plan that is new to the evolving practice of modalities.

Physiotherapy is good. But I would suggest chiropractic treatment. It worked really well for me.

Physiotherapy is good. But I would suggest chiropractic treatment. It worked really well for me. Psychotherapy is a long and phased work of both the patient and the doctor. And what to do when a person does not have free time for a full-fledged psychoanalysis. Take antidepressants? I am personally against it. I prefer to use natural sedative - greenshoppers.co.uk/blog/is-hemp-legal-in-the-uk-explained/ This medicine is made on the basis of cannabis and fights stress and its effects very well.
