Hi! I am an athlete. I am skilled in competitive track and field events. I do sprint exercise daily in order to increase my speed in running. But for the past 2 days, I've been having groin pain. I kept it untreated and continued my daily exercises. But now the pain is unbearable and it hurts very badly even when I walk. And I noticed swelling in my thighs. I took anti-inflammatory painkillers to get relief from the pain. I also compressed my thighs using an elastic badge and also applied an ice pack to reduce the pain and selling. But I didn't get a complete relief from this. When I discussed this with my friend, he suggested undergoing a chiropractic treatment at a clinic in Mississauga. I am planning to undergo the treatment today. Can a chiropractic treatment help with groin pain? Please share your insights. Any advice is highly appreciated.
