Is it possible to fix this false tooth within one week?

Hi, I am suffering from tooth pain for about three days. I have tried some usual medicines. But, they don't give me any pain relief during this time. One of my teeth in the lower jaw is severely damaged and infected. Often, it causes pain. Till this time, I didn't consult a dentist for the pain. I used to buy painkillers from outside. Now, it is not possible to overcome this pain with these medicines. So, I am planning to consult one of the dental professionals in High Park. I think I need to undergo a tooth extraction because only a part left there. But before undergoing treatment, I would like to know whether it is possible to fill that gap with a dental implant. Is it possible to fix this false tooth within one week? If anybody knows about this, please help me with your replies.
