Hi People, Looking for some light out of this dark hole I'm in. So I've successfully and by working hard, earning a living aboard. I live in the US for 7 years. During the last year I had the earning to teach. I looked at doing a course in the US but thought it would be cheaper and better to do at home in England. About 6 months ago I was given the opportunity to work in the UAE as a teacher. Great! As now I can work out if I really do want to teach. And the answer is yes! I love teaching and the dream is to teach art and design. So after filling in that UCAS online form and chasing for references I was successful and offered 3 interviews. One was at a University, the other 2 were direct school programs. One of the schools was connected to the university. Anyway, over Christmas, I've been arguing with the university over my student status. They think I'm international??? I know I'm British. Just before Christmas, they decided to tag me as international and therefore I would have to pay more I guess? So university out the door. Today I was told the school who I was flying into the country for and I booked a hotel etc had also declined my interview. Due to me being an overseas student??? Please help. Thanks! I didn't find the right solution from the Internet. References: www.thestudentroom.co.uk/showthread.php?t=5133348Brand Marketing Video
