According to Dictionary.com Panic Attack:noun: Psychiatry . an intense attack of anxiety characterized by feelings of impending doom and trembling, sweating, pounding heart, and other physical symptoms.
Anyone who has experienced a panic attack can attest that the above is true, but grossly understated. During a panic attack (for me anyway), I feel as though I'm having a heart attack. In fact a lot of people who are admitted for chest pains and heart attacks are actually nothing more than a panic attack [couldn't find the source]. So, what is a panic attack really? A: A panic attack is the brain going into "fight or flight" mode for no apparent reason. This causes chest tightness or pain, shortness of breath and other strange feelings. I will share some things that can help when having a panic attack to ease the situation.

I think you'll never confuse a panic attack with other symptoms. My heart was beating like a bird in my chest. It was terrible. In order to prevent such attacks, I began to take CBD oil, CLICK THROUGH THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENT. It was the mildest option for working with my symptoms but it was this medicine that helped me.
