My joints hurt. I went to the doctor, but my visit did not really bring anything good. The doctor recommended an ointment, which did not help me. What should I do?

One remedy can help you with joint pain. I recommend that you go to the site where I learned a lot of useful information about using CBD oil . If you are interested, then you should buy some of this product for yourself. Good luck to you, friend!

God, joint pain doesn't sound very bad to others but only the one suffering can truly understand the agony that it is. I have been suffering from joint pain myself since my early thirties. I cant sit with my knees folded for more than half an hour. I haven't really found a solution as yet, but there are a few things that can ease the pain. One of the things I do is use hot and compress when I stand/sit in an awkward position for long. It is temporary relief but at least it helps me from staying up all night. You can also get jointed stirrups if the pain gets really intense. I did get them a few years back and they relieve pain by A LOT. But I stopped using them because surprisingly my pain has subsided since Ive started eating healthy. I've started eating more greens and protein and fish. I don't rely on fast food to get nutrition anymore and somehow I think it has helped my knee pain. You can try eating better too. I also take grape seed extract because it is known to help with inflammatory conditions. I take a dose every other day. You can read about it more here if youd like www.vitaminexpress.org/uk/opc-vital-opc-capsules. On a parting note, if you cant understand why youre experiencing this pain, you might want to get checked for lymes disease. My friend had joint pain ever since he was a teenager and he finally got diagnosed with lyme disease three years back and now hes getting proper treatment.
